We will then review and respond by phone or email to set up a time for a complimentary phone call to discuss the scope of your project. This usually lasts 15 minutes and is most effective if you send photos or a video of your project space beforehand, if applicable.
Following our complimentary phone call or email exchange, we will set up a time for an in-person/virtual consultation, where we will take an in-depth look at your space and discuss your personal needs and goals. We will also take measurements, if applicable, to provide you with an estimate and timeline for your project.
There is no preparation required. In addition, you do not need to clean up prior to our meeting. Leave the prep work and organizing to us!
In our experience, we have found that two people are considerably more efficient than one, and ultimately more cost-effective for you. With two organizers working in tandem, tasks can be divided and completed simultaneously, leading to a faster turnaround time for the entire organizing project.

We have found that very few organizing projects can be completed in less than four hours per session. This is the minimum amount of time required to be able to clear out, sort, categorize, edit, and begin to reorganize your space.
No, you do not need to buy products. We can work within your budget and use what you already have. If you find you need us to source additional products, we will be happy to do so.
Each project is customized to each client's individual needs and preferences. We typically work with the client during the initial stages of the organization process and move management. We can then continue sorting and organizing based on your input. If we have any questions, we will reach out. During our final walkthrough, we require the client to be present to ensure satisfaction and educate on how to maintain the newly implemented systems.
